What is Diamond Stone technology? +
Unlike regular emery stones that require weekly 'taki' (dressing), our proprietary Diamond Stones are made from a hardened composite that lasts for years without any maintenance. This saves you time, labour, and the cost of a stone dresser.
Which grains can Kapi flour mills grind? +
Our mills grind a wide variety of grains — wheat, jowar, bajra, corn/maize, ragi, rice, and most dry pulses like chana, moong, and urad. They can also grind dry spices and masala. For wet or oily grains (like fresh turmeric), our pulverizer range is better suited.
What power connection do I need? +
10" and 12" machines run on 220V single phase — compatible with most countries (UAE, UK, Europe, Asia, Africa). 16" and 18" machines require three phase supply. We also supply without motor so you can fit a local motor matching your country's voltage. WhatsApp us with your country's voltage for exact guidance.
How is the machine installed? +
Installation is straightforward. The machine is bolted to the floor with 4 anchor bolts (provided), the motor is mounted and belted, and it's ready to run. We provide a step-by-step installation video and our team is available on video call to guide you through the process at no extra cost.
What maintenance is required? +
Minimal. The Diamond Stone requires no dressing or maintenance. You should grease the bearings every 3–6 months (grease nipples are provided), keep the hopper clean, and check belt tension periodically. Unlike traditional mills, there are no weekly maintenance tasks.
How long does delivery take? +
For in-stock models, dispatch is within 2–3 business days from our Mumbai warehouse. Delivery time depends on your location — typically 3–7 days for most states via transport. We provide full tracking details and the transporter's contact number on dispatch.
Do you ship across India? +
Yes, we have a PAN-India delivery network. We carefully pack our heavy machinery in wooden crates to ensure safe transportation to any state in India. We also have dealers in many states — contact us to find your nearest dealer.
